Client Acknowledgment & Release

Please read each statement carefully. You must check every box and sign below before payment can be processed. This acknowledgment is a binding agreement between you and My MercyPath.

I confirm that I have already reviewed and signed the My MercyPath Service Agreement that was provided to me. The terms of that Agreement govern this payment.
I understand that My MercyPath does not guarantee any outcome. Clemency, commutation, pardon, or any form of relief is granted solely at the discretion of the governing authority.
I understand that My MercyPath is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and that paying for services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
I understand that My MercyPath's work is complete upon delivery of the prepared clemency package and submission instructions. Any post-submission government review, decision, or timeline is outside the scope of services.
I am solely responsible for reviewing all materials for accuracy, for signing and submitting my own application, and for any government filing fees, record-request fees, printing, mailing, or other third-party costs, which are not included in the $2,500 flat fee.
I understand the total fee is $2,500, paid in full upfront before work begins. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. MyMercyPath offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, and I may request a full refund within 30 days of my order as described in the Refund Policy.
